[Contents of the Kaiseki meal]

Appetizer: Takigawa Tofu, Salmon Roe, Sparkling Jelly, and Dried Yuzu.

Sashimi (three kinds)

Simmered dish: Eggplant (Dutch style), duck breast, taro, maple leaf-shaped gluten, shark fin sauce.

Grilled Assortment of Dishes: Salt-grilled sweetfish, eel sashimi

Maruju thick grilled skewers, pickled ginger, bamboo leaf-wrapped gluten

Deep-fried Spanish mackerel, green chili peppers, and mozuku seaweed salad.

Steamed dish: Chawanmushi (savory egg custard) with pumpkin paste.

Meal: Squid and kelp rice, red miso soup, pickles
