Type 3 with tip

Sashimi (three kinds) with garnish

Simmered dish: Duck meatballs, taro, Shinoda roll, green taro stems, sansho leaves

Grilled dishes: Spanish mackerel grilled with yuzu sauce, river crab, rice dumplings, mustard lotus root, underground

Deep-fried shrimp, sea bream, and three kinds of vegetables.

Vinegared dish: Mozuku seaweed and grated yam

Meal: Squid and kelp rice, red miso soup, pickles
